RETURN POLICY

At Ecetick, we are committed to giving women the confidence to do anything by equipping them with bras that are up for the challenge. We offer a 7-day 100% satisfaction guarantee on our products to ensure that every item you purchase at Ecetick meets your high expectations. If your bras are not perfect for you, you may return unworn, unwashed, odor-free merchandise with all tags attached in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. We must receive your items for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery (For international orders, we must receive your items within 30 days of delivery).

We suggest you do not wear makeup, perfume, or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

PROCESSING TIMES

Returns within 7 days of delivery will be refunded to the original form of payment. After 7 days, merchandise may be exchanged or refunded in the form of store credit. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mailed it back to receive and process your return/exchange. There is absolutely no hassle.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

These items include: items marked as final sale, free gifts (unless they come with your purchase), or discounted items (or a restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied), and original shipping charges except defective items.

Ecetick will pay for shipping cost on damaged merchandise. Our errors will cost you nothing (Note: all merchandise is subject to inspection). If the return is not due to our error or damage, customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost. After we receive your returned item(s), you will receive a refund minus shipping costs to your original payment method.

HOW TO RETURN

Please use USPS for all returns/exchanges (For international orders, please use a shipping service that provides tracking and/or insurance). Ecetick is not responsible for return and exchange items that are lost during transit. Please contact us for return/exchange instructions. 

To ensure speedy service, please have the following information ready when you contact our customer service:

  1. Your name, date of purchase, and order number
  2. Reason for requesting a return or exchange
